About the event
Many people who leave rigid or high-control religions feel disconnected from themselves long after leaving. When you’ve spent years being told who to be, what to believe, and how to make meaning, it makes sense that you might feel lost or unsure of who you are now.
This workshop gives you a grounded way to understand what’s been happening beneath the surface and simple, supportive practices that help you reconnect with yourself and begin moving forward with more clarity and direction. This work shop is lead by Katie M. Krier, Spiritual Wellness Coach who helps people healing from religious trauma make sense of themselves and their lives.
