Plans for a permanent Columbine Labyrinth include: Border material of cut sand- stone, and a path featuring a long-lasting, easy-draining surface. Four beautifully landscaped gardens enclosing the labyrinth, representing the four seasons and containing mostly indigenous Colorado plants, including many varied species of the Columbine flower. At the entrance, a peace pole with the message "May Peace Prevail on Earth," inscribed in 8 languages. NEXT: Labyrinth Web Links |

The present Columbine Peace Labyrinth was a temporary structure. CUUC is exploring possibilities for a replacement in the near term. It is planned that a permanent labyrinth will be constructed in the future when the church acquires suitable property. |
