Pathways to Membership Class
Next Pathways Class:
Saturday, May 4th (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
(includes brunch and child care)
Attention Newcomers
Pathways to Membership is a wonderful class created just for
you. This class will help you learn more about our Unitarian
Universalist religion and our Columbine UU Church. We talk
about what you'd like to know; about our UU history, how our
church operates, and our long range UU mission. The most fun
portion of the class is exploring, with the rest of the
class, your own spiritual roots and the imprints past
religions have made. You’ll get a rare opportunity to
discuss your spiritual journeys so far and to connect with
others in a deeper and more meaningful way. It is a
delightful way to learn more and really get to know each
other better.
A great lunch will be served for you and your family. If you
need childcare we will provide it. Should you decide you
would like to become a member, this class is the first
requirement. We talk about pledging and how you would like
to volunteer your time, requesting four hours of your time
as a minimum. You have the option of becoming a member at
the end of this class.
If you are interested in this class, please sign up on the
Pathways to Membership sheet located on the south side of
our sanctuary. For more information, contact Mardi
