The CUUC Book Club meets once each month.  Every month, a member proposes five books that the club may want to read and discuss in a future month and members vote on which one they want. The member who proposed the book facilitates the meeting on the night that book is discussed, providing refreshments to fuel the discussion. There are always free-ranging discussions in which everyone is encouraged and allowed time to participate. There is often no meeting in December due to holiday activities.
